Mendota Community Hospital welcomes one of two new physicians, Timothy Minus, D.O. to its active medical staff beginning in January, 2011.  Dr. Timothy Minus is a general surgeon whose practice is located at 1315 Meriden Street, Mendota, the location formerly occupied by MCH’s Home Health Department. 

Dr. Minus performs all types of surgery and does not require a physician’s referral for an appointment.  He graduated from Des Moines University, Des Moines, IA with a Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) and completed both his general surgery residency and his internship at St. James Hospital in Olympia Fields, IL.
