Jared Wise recently joined the staff of Mendota Community Hospital as a physical therapist in its Rehab Services Department. Born and raised in Mendota, Mr. Wise graduated this past May from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb with a masters degree in Physical Therapy. As a physical therapist at MCH, he works with inpatients and outpatients to help alleviate any impairments, physical disabilities, and functional limitations, the patients are experiencing, the result of a variety of causes. While providing general physical therapy services to all patients Mr. Wise has a special interest in manual therapy, (a “hands on” technique that is directed toward orthopedic conditions), wound care, and sports rehabilitation.

In his spare time he enjoys golfing, playing softball, and fishing. Jared was married to Tammy Phalen on September 15, 2009.
