Mendota Community Hospital will be conducting physicals for incoming 6th grade and freshmen students, as well as all junior and senior high sports. Students entering 6th grade or their freshman year of high school are required by law to have a health physical completed. Any student participating in a sport at the junior or senior high level is also required to have a physical on file with the school. |
