MENDOTA COMMUNITY HOSPITAL AUXILIARY

SELLING AVANTI (GINO’S) PIZZAS

            Looking for a great snack or meal for the Super Bowl Football Game?  How about some pizza!  The Mendota Community Hospital Auxiliary is selling freshly made Avanti Foods (Gino’s brand) pizzas beginning January 4^th and will take orders through Friday, January 15, 2010.  All pizzas must be pre-ordered and pre-paid by the January 15^th deadline.  Proceeds from the pizza sale benefit the hospital.

            All pizzas are thin crust and come in frozen.  Your choices for 12” pizzas include: Deluxe (red & green peppers, mushrooms, & pork sausage) $6.00; Sausage $5.00; Pepperoni $5.00; and Cheese $4.00.  Your choices for 6 ½” pizzas include sausage or cheese each for $2.00.   You may also order cheese breadsticks for $5.00 per bag of six.  Order forms are available at the front lobby desk of the hospital or call 815-539-7461 ext. 3291 to request an order form.  All completed orders along with payment must be received by January 15^th. 

            The pickup date for your pizza order is Friday, January 29 in the hospital’s dining room.  The hours for pickup will be announced at a later date.
