in the Community Health Services Department
of the hospital
Cost: $30/person
Appointments required.
Call 539-1411 weekdays
Results will be mailed back to you and your physician
*Individuals currently under the care of a physician for a thyroid
condition or who are currently taking medication
for a thyroid problem may NOT participate in this screening
