FREE
BLOOD SUGAR SCREENING
in its department
Thursday, July 15
8:00 – 9:00 a.m.
No appointment required
May be fasting (do not eat from midnight until screening)
or post prandial (approx 2 hours after eating) reading
Results available immediately
Call 539-1411 weekdays for more information
Free blood sugar testing will be offered the third
Thursday of each month at the hospital
