PART TWO:
Two FREE Wellness Profiles*
(measurement of cholesterol, BMI, body fat,
waist circumference, & blood pressure)
One during class and one follow-up in November
*Must attend 3 educational classes to receive free wellness profiles.
You may attend the classes and not participate in the Wellness Profiles.
