$15 fee/injection payable in cash

1:00- 3:00 p.m.

For patients whose insurance covers immunizations 100%

Both sessions are held in Conference Room C (Education Center)

of the hospital (enter through Medical Office Building)

Meningitis vaccination is available.

Both sessions run by appointment
