11:30 am – 1:00 pm &
again from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.
Appointments may be made for a different day due to
scheduling conflicts by calling 815-501-2088
Assessments for anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder,
post-traumatic stress disorder, alcohol and eating disorders
by licensed clinical professional counselors.
Screenings take about 15-20 minutes
