Mendota Community Hospital is pleased to announce the addition of Jennifer Taylor, M.D. to its active medical staff. Dr. Taylor is board certified in family medicine and will be opening a Family Medicine practice in the office recently vacated by Jon Prichett, M.D. Dr. Taylor’s practice will include patients of all ages from newborn through geriatrics with a special interest in women’s health.

Dr. Taylor graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Urbana, IL and received her training as a resident in Family Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology at University Hospitals in Cleveland, OH. Mostly recently she was a staff physician at Perry Memorial Hospital in Princeton, IL.

Dr. Taylor’s office is located at 1311 Memorial Drive, Suite 100, the medical building adjacent to the MCH. To schedule an appointment call 815-539-1777 weekdays.
