The Auxiliary is over 60 years young and still growing to meet the needs of Mendota Community Hospital. The focus of the Auxiliary is to assist the hospital through volunteer fundraising. Voting membership in the Auxiliary is open to any individual contributing $10 or more annually. Other Memberships include:
Membership form Click Here Annual memberships are payable in March of each year. The annual meeting of the Auxiliary is held in April usually in conjunction with Volunteer Awareness Week. A quorum at the annual meeting shall consist of six (6) members. During this meeting the Auxiliary presents its annual check to the hospital representing funds raised throughout the previous year. The Auxiliary Board consists of voting members comprised of Project and Program coordinators which include but are not limited to:
Auxiliary Board meetings are held quarterly. Special meetings may be called by any Project and Program Coordinator. If you are interested in becoming a member of the Auxiliary please contact Kim Kennedy at 539-1484. You may be a non-active contributing member. Or if you choose there are a number of opportunities where you may volunteer. |
