OUTPATIENT ORTHOPEDIC CLINIC

Beginning January, 2005, Dr. Sekhar Sompali, M.D. will be offering an outpatient orthopedic clinic on-site at Mendota Community Hospital.

The clinic will be held monthly by appointment. Dr. Sekhar Sompalli, who is affiliated with St. Margaret Hospital’s Specialty Clinics in Spring Valley, will see patients in the Community Health Services Department of Mendota Community Hospital. Patients may be referred by their family physician or call directly, on their own, for an appointment to 539-1422 weekdays.

Individuals with fractures, arthritis, shoulder and hand injuries, work and sports related injuries and other orthopedic problems will be seen by Dr. Sompalli. If prescribed, surgery and/or treatments may be performed at Mendota Community Hospital.
 

Dr. Sompalli graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Loyola University of Chicago in 1987. He went on to receive his doctor of medicine from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in 1992. Dr. Sompalli completed residency training in Orthopedic Surgery at Loyola University Medical Center. He is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.
